Jonathan's Story
I loved to party back when i was growing up. And party we did. But , as we all have hopefully figured out, life isn't just one big party. So, I got a clue and now just do the right thing and love my kids and work and live life to the fullest. here unill 1990. I worked on the mountain in the winter and on Beaver Creek Golf Course in the summer. Then I moved down to Boulder, CO and got serious about my culinary career. Decided to attend culinary school in San Francisco. What a city!! California is awesome.Graduated from California Culinary Academy in 1993 and moved back to Boulder where i ran a couple different restaurants until 1998 when I moved back to the Capital District.
