MY LIFE STORY IN 4000 WORDS OR LESS?!? YEAH RIGHT!
Let's try bullit form.
-Graduated Richmond high in 1987.
-Worked in restaurants for afew years. Thought I wanted to be a chef though everyone else thought I'd be an artist.
-1991 moved to Aldergrove.
-1992Disillusioned with restaurants. too much about the money and not the food/people.Became a housepainter.
-1993 moved to Abbotsford. Went on One week volunteer missions trip to Mexico. God's hooks went in deep.
-1994 saved up $$$ and went back to mexico. Plan was for 6 months. Turned into 2 years. Meantime met my future wife who came from New Westminster originally. She was there for my 2nd year in Mex.
-1996, May, return to Canada.
-1997, Jan, got married.
-1998, Jan, moved to Keats island in Howe sound. Work...Expand for more
ed 3 year at Baptist kids camp. Maintenance.
-2001, Jan. Wife and I went to Westbank (BC not Israel.) to do missions training school then outreach to Finland and Sweden. Worked for summer to save $$$ to go on a "checking out" trip to Rwanda for 3 months. While there conieved Caleb. Came back to Canada just before Christmas.
-2002 Worked back at the camp. then did Paternity leave when Caleb was born. Hooked up with a wood carver who was interested in training someone.
-2003 moved to Sorrento (BC not Italy)April to start apprenticeship and bought our first house. Well actually the bank bought it for us. How nice of them.
-2004 enrolled in community program that helps new small businesses get up and running and in November will start my own Carving business from my home.
