Jonathan's Story
After college I thought I'd take a break from Seattle and move to Boston for a year or two. Eight years later I finally made it back.
I profusely apologize for taking Seattle's sports mojo with me to Boston. I wrapped The Bandwagon in an extra layer of bubble wrap for the trip back and I expect big things in the next couple of years from the local teams. Except from the Sonics, that is. In retrospect, I probably should have moved back in '07. My bad.
Career-wise, I'm a software developer for the same company I worked for in Boston...Expand for more
. I telecommute now which is a radical departure from what I'm used to considering I've been riding the T to the office for the past 8+ years. No complaints.
Presently, I live with my wife and one and two-thirds kids in Mill Creek. Our eldest son is four and another boy is due at the end of October '08. I met my wife as an undergraduate at UW, although we didn't tie the knot until several years later. She is disgustingly better educated than I am and come Fall will be working as a professor at one of the local community colleges.
