Joni's Story
I have probably not done as much as some since graduation. I am now trying to navigate life alone as I lost my husband of 47+ years in October, 2021. We have a daughter Andrea, 48 years old (graduated from LHN in 1993). She is married to Terry Morgan. They live in Magnolia and have 2 children, Cecilia, 25 and Jude, 15. I also now have 2 great-grandchildren, Colin (3) & Lilian (2). Even with the loss of Edward, I have been, and still am, truly blessed.

ook with wine and sometimes even put it in our food. Since Ed's passing, I am starting to travel more and learning to make new memories.
I live in Cypress, Texas, right outside of Houston. First time in my life that I lived outside of Houston, so couldn't go far. Due to lay offs in 2009, I started working contract as a bookkeeper. Things drastically changed in April, 2011 when the owner of the service I worked for went home to Jesus following a short battle with cancer. In September, 2011 I started working for myself and have not stopped since. I give all the Glory to God who has put me where I am in my life right now.
