Joseph's Story
Did the Marines after high school and served during the first Gulf War. I was stationed on the east coast at Camp Lejeune. I became a police officer after leaving the Marines and stayed on the east coast for a few years. After some great experiences I wanted to be closer to family so I returned back to Whittier.
I sold real estate and made it through 2 recessions and 1 boom when I returned to Whittier. While in real estat...Expand for more
e and managing residential construction projects, I returned to college.
I studied real estate development, finance, and construcion planning at USC's business school and graduated with a B.S.I went on to graduate school at USC's engineering school and graduated with a master's in construction managment.
I work in commercial construction project management in Southern California and teach part time at community college.
