Updated February 2015 I am starting my twenty third year out here in San Diego CA. The pizza has started to improve as our city has grown, our baseball team The Padres is better than ever, and attending Chargers games and tailgating in all this sunshine is always a lot of fun. I recently sold my company, got one kid graduated from college and the other soon to be. Recently the manufacturing company I was an owner at with several partners sold. We got approached by a large national company that made us a great offer so we decided to sell the business. We had grown it in twenty two years from a small single plant operation into a large multi-plant operation manufacturing corrugated cartons in both San Diego and across the border in Tijuana. (Yes I wish I paid attention in Mrs. Richmond's Spanish class back at Oldfield's Junior High but who knew?) I continue to represent the company in an outside role for the new ownership group but it is quite a change. My new role does afford me more a lot more freedom to do things I have not been able to do, such as update my listing here on classmates.com, and after going nearly 24/7 for the past 22 years it does have its advantages.
