Joseph's Story
I want to thank all of you who remembered me and remembered me in such good ways.
2015 was a busy year for me, with lots of ups and downs. I moved to a new apartment in the same building, my address is now 601 E. 20th St., Apt. 14 G. In May, I fell in love with a woman I met from the Internet. We were moving very quickly and planning to move to the two-bedroom apartment I'm in now. For a few months, I felt like a teenager again. However, I got frightened and tried to slow things down. In the end it all just fell apart. Oh well, that's life. So I am alone again, but in a bigger more comfortable apartment and still hoping to meet Ms Right, the love of my life. Some things never change.
I had an investment in the Broadway production of On The Town. It lost money, but it was fun. I will probably invest in a small production this year. I enjoy mixing in with the show business crowd.
Aside from that, I go to a lot of NYU Alumn events, am a member of 2 museums (Museum of American Finance and Metropolitan Museum of Art), and take various classes every now and then.

sistence that I had only a few years ago. Well as they say, getting old may not be fun, but it's better than the alternative. And, I can still walk on average 6 miles a day. And hoist of few pints at the bar.
I hope all my fellow Immaculata Alumni/ae are well and happy and wish you all the best. Joe
Hi, It has been a long time since Immaculata. I went straight from graduation to working at Met Life. I got my bachelors degree from St. Francis Collage and my MBA from NYU both at night. I worked for Met Life for 7 years, did consulting for 4, went back to Met Life for 9 years, than to AIG for 20 years. I then took early retirement, but found I would not get out of bed unless someone pays me. So I worked for the census bureau for 6 months, and then to DTCC where I have been for 8 years. I am now 40% retired working 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
I was married and lived with my wife for 13 years, we were separated for a number of years and she died a little over 5 years ago.
I have politics and theatre as hobbies. I ran for office a number of times, never won. I have taken years of acting lessons.
Well that is about it.
Joe
