Joseph's Story
Seeing how we're approaching our 30th reunion, I guess now is a good a time to provide a condensed timeline from graduation to the present. Upon graduation I went into the Air Force and spent four years literally travelling the globe. (I guess I reached one of the goals I stated in my yearbook, "To party and travel the world". In any event, I received an honorable discharge and worked several odd jobs before getting hired by the Warren Police Department, where I currently work. (Yeah, for those of you that knew me in High School, being a "cop" would probably have been the last thing you thought I would end up doing.) I am entering my 22nd year and have risen to #2 on the department. We don't have a Deputy Chief position, rather two Lieutenant p...Expand for more
ositions. My official title is Adjutant Lieutenant, where I assist in running the day to day operations. Things are good right now, I love my job and because my children are so young I don't anticipate leaving any time soon. I am married with three children, a dog, house in Bristol and still playing hockey! Regarding my family, my wife Gina is a Physical Education teacher in East Providence and has been employed there for close to twenty years. Gina and I adopted two brothers, currently aged eight and nine, in addition to our own biological son, who is almost three. (Yes, I know most of you probably have children that have gradutated High School and are in college.) Well, that is me in a nutshell. I hope to see everyone at the 30th reunion.
