More about Joseph:"I spent the first half of my life growing up in Massapequa Park, NY located on Long Island. I moved out to San Diego my junior year of high school in 1991. After high school I joined the Army Reserve and also began a career in construction. My family remained in NY until my father retired and then moved out to San Diego. After living on both sides of the country, I have really come to appreciate San Diego and everything is has to offer!
I now enjoy living and working in San Diego. I live in El Cajon which is just a few minutes east of San Diego. My wife and I have our hands full with five daughters. Luckily I have been working part-time at UPS for the last 15 years. Having five daughters has made ...Expand for more
it very difficult to leave UPS because of the great benefits. I have continued to work at UPS because I enjoy the work and more importantly I really enjoy the health benefits!
Before my career in real estate I spent 14 years working as a electrician and commercial estimator for a local electric company. I enjoyed meeting new people and being out in the field. Having an extensive background in construction has helped me completely remodel my own home and do much of the work myself. It has also helped me with buyers who are looking at homes that may need a few repairs. Although you will want to have a home inspection performed for anything you purchase my knowledge has helped me answer many questions about repairs.
In 2004 I took my real estate career to the next level and joined AXIA Real Estate Group. They have provided great direction, education and marketing ideas to help me expand my real estate career. Although I have helped many buyers and sellers in the El Cajon area I am very familiar with the entire County of San Diego. Perhaps it’s because I have lived here for about 20 years and worked at UPS where you become very familiar with local neighborhoods.".
