After Wheaton I got an undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University. Subsequently I sold the restaurant, and opened a financial planning firm.
Now here it is 24 years later and I still have the business. The firm has offices in DeKalb, IL, Annapolis, MD, and Sarasota, FL ...and the best part... I have 3 of my 4 children working with me! They are really smart and add so much to my life.
