Joseph's Story
Life
After graduation I joined the U.S.Marine Corp in Sept. 1971, served from 1971 till 1975, I met my wife in March of 1975 and married her in Sept., right after leaving the corp. We have been married 36 years now, we have 3 kids, 2 daughters & a son. We also have 3 grandsons. We lived in south Florida since 1992. he Corp of Engineers locks in the south Florida area ranging from Riverdale up to Cape Canaveral. December 20th 2009 I left for Afghanistan through my job to work helping to rebuild there, I returned home from Afghanistan in March 2011. I return home to retire with 41 years working with the government. December 30 2011 was my retirement date. We just moved back to Texas in June 2012 to build a house in Hitchcock & enjoy my retirement fishing and just enjoying life.
