sthesiology residency in 1994 and worked in private practice for five years; completed a critical care medicine fellowship in 1999 and returned to private practice for two years. Left medicine to struggle with addiction to crystal meth for 3.5 years, and when I got sober, went to law school, graduating in May 2009. Took the California bar and passed, now licensed to practice law. Medical license was reinstated Sept. 2011. Now working as Addictionologist at Michael's House, in Palm Springs, CA.
