I am a Christian woman. I have worked for Walt Disney World for almost 18 years. My current role is a Cast Service Manager where I provide support and resources to front-line Cast and leaders with both work and personal related situations. I have also taught leadership skills to inner-city teens through a program my mentor Tim Goad developed to encourage and empower todays youth to go beyond the expectations of their environment and become great leaders. Workplace
At Walt Disney World I have the best job in the world. I love helping people help themselves. I have traveled on tour with Disney, helped introduce new and innovated computer systems, and manage stores that produced over $50 Million in sales in a year, but the most rewarding position I have had is the one I have now. I focus on Cast Members and help them with life situations that are challenging and threaten their well being. Helping them work it out and better their lives is a great job.
