Joy's Story
After high school graduation, I put myself through Texas A&M, majoring in Biochemistry. After working as a biochemist for a couple of years, I went to work as an engineer for Hewlett-Packard. After many years as an engineer, I went into management at HP as an engineering manager and lastly as a Business Unit Manager.

ave been married for 35 years. We have 2 sons: Ian, born in 1988 and Evan, born in 1990. When my sons were young, I decided to quit work to be home with them. I do lots of volunteer work, both in the community and at my church where I serve as elder. I also do lots of yoga and teach a weekly class. I'm also an avid scuba diver and have been diving for over 25 years.
