I will probably be remembered by many of you as that strange, negatively minded, drop-out freak girl. It's my wish to remember the person that I was with sober-mindedness, see her pain, and revel that she has emerged victorious over it all, by the Grace and Mercy of God. I'm sort of a late bloomer in the sense of academics. I graduated from SMU in December 08 with my bachelor's degree in English. Better late than never, right!?! I briefly went back to being a Paralegal, which is what I did for almost 10 years before I started college and was finally promoted to full time mommy when my son was born in 2011. My focus these days has shifted from the hazy heavy metal of high school to the positive perspectives of Providence - that is, God and all His wonder. I am blessed to be married the most wonderful man in the world (In 2006) neither of us having married before. Some would call this our "first marriage." I don't like that phraseology.
