Joyce's Story
Life
Graduated Mazama High School in June 1982. Graduated OIT June 1984 with AS in Structural Engineering. Joined the Army in December 1984. Married in June 1985. Moved to Fort Lewis, Wa in June 1985. Moved to Germany in November 1986. My daughter was born in June 1989. Moved to Central Texas November 1989. My son was born in April 1991. Moved to Wisconsin in May 1993. Divorced in October 1995. Moved back to Germany in November 1997. Stayed in Germany 6 years and moved to New York in September 2003. After a year in the North Coutry, I retired from the Army and moved back to central Texas and I work for the government as a civilian employee.
My children are teenagers and we are settling into our new lives out of the military. We live Texas and are getting used to the new routine.
