Joyce's Story
I got married right after high school. Had to boys. I Started working in the trucking industry. I was Married for 15 years, got divorced, my oldest son died in a car accident in 1982. I remarried and have been married for 41 years. I continued working in the trucking industry. I changed to selling corrugated boxes for 30 years. reat time making friends with my customers which lasted my whole career. I retired and went back to school to get my nursing which had always been my first love. I did volunteer work, then started doing grandma things with my 3 grandchildren. I have remained friends with my best bud Barbara Mehl, she moved to Oregon but we remain close even though I stayed in CA,. Hard to imagine so many years have gone by......
