Joyce's Story
Life
My parents moved to Pennsylvania before my Junior Year at DuPont. I finished at Abington Senior High School, where I miraculously became a cheerleader. My first year of college was at Penn State. I went to the University of Texas, married, put my then husband through law school, moved to Houston, had a daughter, Michele, divorced, and continued living in Houston for 26 years. My career was in Corporate Marketing for Southwest Airlines, Guest Quarters Hotels, then Four Seasons Hotels. It was a wonderful career filled with travel and really nice people.
I now live in Rockport, Texas. My daughter is married to a lawyer, Robert and I have two grandsons, Eli (2 1/2)and Rowan (3 months). They still live in Houston and I visit as frequently as possible.
