Joyce's Story
Life
I owned my own business and sold it and bought 23
apartments. I retired from the daily grind and just
manage my investments. My husband retired from
Huntington Beach California Police Department and we travel, go on cruises and we are having a blast with life in general. This year (2008) we are going to Niagara Falls, New York City and taking a two week cruise to Nova Scotia.
We live in an estate community which is up on a hill
and has a view of Catalina Island.
We entertain alot and I love cooking and baking. I do the food preparation for the parties myself.

des, Lexus SUV Hybrid and We just sold our Hummer and got a Toyota Highlander Hybrid.
We are also on a waiting list for an Aptera which is all electric and got 120 miles on a charge. We are committed to going green. We have solar panels on out house and generate about 30 to 41 kwh per day.
We have not had an electric bill for two year which is great.
I have lived in Orange California since 1969.
I come back to Mansfield from time to time to visit
relatives.
Live in the OC is truly rich and rewarding. I love the weather and the cool ocean breezes that come in everyday about 2pm.
