Life
Hey out there Mumfordites!
Worked at Michigan Consolidated Gas Company for five years - right downtown Detroit. Found myself blowing in the wind from a lamp post at Woodward and Griswold and deceided I had enough of the Winter and snow.
Joined American Airlines as a ticket agent and worked DTW for two years then transferred to San Francisco City Ticket offices for a few more years. Los Angeles International Airport lasted until 1981 as ticket agent and baggage service agent.
Had other things to do with my life - so - I moved on from there into multi level marketing and temporary assignments which educated me into becoming a legal secretary. Legal burned me out after a few years and I started doing Exe...Expand for more
cutive Secretary positions.
I've lived in Detroit, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Oklahoma City, Cincinnati; Joyuda, Puerto Rico; Lompoc, CA and then back to Los Angeles. Don't know where I will be in another year from now. Making no promises!!
Through all the years I have enhanced my art. Art meaning creating things for my Mother Nature collections using pine and other seed pods, tree cones and things that Mother Nature will leave behind. Acrylic painting until I learned all about water colors.
2008 - I have been painting faces for over thirty years at parties, festivals, Farmer's Markets and anywhere I can set up. It's a huge hit with the children and most adults!
