Joyce's Story
My best accomplishment in my life is my son, Chaz. And he is also a graduate of Cocoa High and was on the football team. He has grown into a very special young man with a good work ethic, a great love of life and is to be married in April 2009. His fiance, Lindsay, is an equally awesome person that I love very much.

le to detect and only required a lumpectomy and radiation. God gave me this disease to give me the opportunity to help other families. And I've been given that opportunity a number of times while working at the Cape. Some husbands have asked me questions when their wives were diagnosed, and bless them for caring that much. Some families have asked what to do to offer some kind of support to a family member out of the state. It's an amazing feeling to be able to help someone and I plan to continue it as long as I can.
