Believe it or not, I am a Yogini! I am certified in YogaFit Level I, Level II, have retrained in Levels I and II, Seniors and PreNatal YogaFit, Anatomy and Alignment yoga programs. I practice yoga at least 3 times a week and as of August 2006 I will teach a Seniors Yoga class at DAC Collierville. I also workout & take Body Pump and Body Step at least 3 times a week.

I am working toward my 200 hours in yoga training and will finish my training in 2009 which involves YogaFit Levels III, IV & V and I will become a "RYT" (registered yoga teacher). I also teach a c...Expand for more
hair yoga at a retirement home, you would be surprised the stretch you can get from chair yoga.
Most important, as of Oct. 2007 I teach yoga on a voluntary basis at the VA Hospital in Memphis, TN and I teach a chair yoga to those in wheel chairs and a mat yoga to others. I am working with spinal cord injuries along with those suffering from RA.
I hope to continue my yoga journey in many different areas, I find it very rewarding and satisfying.
Update. I am moving forward in yoga training and have included group fitness training. I am certified in Les Mills Body Vive and Body Flow.
