Juanita's Story
Juanita is from San Antonio, Texas. She is widowed. Her schools include West High School. She later attended Anchorage Community College.
Music Juanita likes includes America, Toby Mac, Sinatra, Dylan, James Taylor, Garth Brooks, Celtic Woman, I like just about anything but Rap. I live in Wasilla, my 17 year old grandson is living with me. He will graduate from Colony High School in 2015. The next ten months seem to be planned around Jeff and what he is doing at school. He is a great student, he is in 2 choirs "Men's Choir" and "Honor Choir" He is also in drama and media. He often hosts, writes the script or does the sound board for Teen Talk on Radio Free Palmer. hance but gave it up so he could attend the Kingdom Kids Camp, where he was a counselor. Life is with a teen is never dull. I don't remember being this busy.
I am beginning to learn to live alone. My friends know I married the day after I graduated from high school. Mark & I were together until 2011 when Mark died, 3 years after a lung transplant. He had I.P.F.. I am now learning to live alone with a teen. I will know next year after Jeff goes to college what alone really is.
My daughter Deanna lives in Anchorage with her husband and two girls. My son Jake lives is North Dakota with his son Ryan. I keep playing with the idea of moving out of Alaska.. My parents died years ago , Mark is gone and I have to admit I am not an Alaska girl. After all these years, my idea of roughing it is poor room service.
