Judi's Story
My Dad passed away in 2013. We lost Mom in 2008. Since I was living at Dad's and taking care of him, I had to find a new place to live. I have a fiance, Andy. We've been together since July of 2011. Not sure when --or if-- we'll actually get married. I still live in Des Moines. Two sons, two daughters, and now three grandsons. Only my youngest daughter lives near me. That is sad for me. two sons) and my youngest son, who now has a PhD in sports psychology, is in the St. Louis area. Tim, my oldest son, still lives in Cedar Rapids. His son, Jamie, is already in his early 20s. That makes me feel OLD!
I did get a law degree in 1995, but I never did really enjoy practicing law. Either I never found my niche, or I just worked for the wrong people. I'm retired now, but thinking of doing something part-time. Greetings to you all!
