I am a substance abuse counselor a career launched in high school when I was doing research. I have done, been and seen many things over the years. My parents lived in Avon Park so never got to far away. My husband Richard and I moved to Winter Haven. We lived in, get this "Carefree Cove" just out side WH for 33 years, now we are in a condo, with little yard work, although I have created some. We have raised two sons,have two daughter-in laws and 6 grandchildren. We are members of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, in WH. My special friend and spiritual advisor Msgr. John is at St. Joe's in Lakeland, I am a secular Franciscan, and do a few more activities in the Church. I am the past president of the United Daughters of the Confederacy, I took our chapter through their 100th Ann. I was a War Between the States renactor for about 8 years.
