Judith's Story

I am a grandmother of soon to be 9 grandchildren. I work taking care of 2 of my grandchildren. I have 3 daughters and 2 stepsons, a dog, and 2 cats. I work in my garden, and live I also enjoy needlepoint, and do quite a a lot of needlepoint belts and then sending them off to be leathered. I have even created my own artwork for some of the belts, but not being an artist, I have someone else do the artwork and then I do the sewing. I have done a va...Expand for more
riety of things during my adult life, from insurance clerical work to general office, to bookkeeping, to housewife and mother, then back to work in 1988 to 1998 in secretarial, then back to housewife, then back to work only this time in retail. I enjoy taking care of my grandkids, I can turn off the TV and get a lot of laughs just watching them play, they are a riot. You may think my life is dull, but being a housewife is hard work, and never ending.

I've had several orchids throughout my life and always killed them. Katie gave me one last spring and it's still living and getting ready to bloom again.
