Life I left Dickinson H.S. and found my first job in NYC. I left there for Western Electric. I married in 1966 and my husband's job moved us to Buffalo NY and later to Syracuse and I enjoyed living there very much ~ despite the weather! The people were great! This is were I pursued my interest in art and I met a wonderful artist Jules Beaumont. He encouraged me and gave me an awful lot of confidence. I continued to draw and paint over the years. In the early seventies we adopted our first child a four-month old little boy we named Christopher. A few years later, after returning to New Jersey, we adopted siblings from Korea. I got involved in the adoption movement and I am a past president of the Adoptive Mothers Club of Morris County. Today, my children are 27, 29 and 31 years and they are fine people.
