Judith's Story
Alot of the questions in the Q&A really do not mean anything to me as I have not lived in the United States for the past 25 years. I have been in London and now have dual citizenship.
I did vote in the past election which of course I found to be a great privilage.
I regularly go to the gym and even have a personal trainer once a week. Just also started what is called the Russian Workout, taught at a Ballet School where they teach Russian Ballet by a former principal dancer of the Bolshoi. The workout is about flexability, stretching, balance and core training and is part of the dancers workout program. It is tough and I love all 1hr 20min of the class. though I feel like I crawl out of the class.
I love travelling and go to the US at least once a year to see my family. I am lucky enough to have friends in Norway, Netherlands, Germany and France and do visit them. A note from Germany, the Pinot Noir was picked first, then the riesling. Some of the riesling was left on the vines, hoping for a bit of a freeze and then possibly a very small amount of ice vine. This is Herve's second harvest and last years will be bottled possibly in the spring. He has quite a few vineyard sites but all parcels are small as in Burgundy.
3rd year of French has started and it is so difficult. Back to the cruel world of homework. The class is wonderful and not only jam packed with grammer but culture also. We are currently reading poems from comtemporary artists and we also discuss French films and music. Quite fun.
I have been doing a lot of knitting this past year and in the run up to Christmas I will have some of my hats, scarves and handbags in a small shop here in central London. The shop sells lots of 'handmade' goods so this should be interesting. Things like cardigans for children, all hand knitted, jewellry etc.
