Judith's Story
I retired from NYS employment in 2006 after 25 years. In 2007 moved to NC to be near my 3 oldest children; the youngest lives in OH. My husband Alan and I are very active in our church, and I donate crocheted blankets, sweaters, hats, and stuffed animals to local charities for infants and children. We currently have 7 grandchildren (2 boys, 5 girls). Between our children and grandchildren we are very busy! We love our pets -- 2 cats (male tuxedo 9 yrs. and female orange tabby 5 yrs.) any from abusive situations. Alan works full time at Lowes, his favorite place. We've recently purchased a home in New Paltz in April 2017! Alan is into the Civil War, and whenever we get a chance we take weekends to visit the areas in VA, NC, SC, and GA where the war was fought. We love NASCAR (go Team Hendricks!) and the Pittsburgh teams! Alan and a good friend have been hiking the Adirondack Trail for the past year as well.
