Life Worked for the Fed. gov't since 11/'76. Married in 10/'77 and my son was born in 07/'79. I was divorced in '91. Bought my own house in '98. I married in '99. My husband's work pulled us to Northern Virginia. Sold the Va. Bch. house and bought one in Woodbridge. I still worked in Norfolk so we both commuted back and forth. In '02 we decided the commuting was too much of a hassle. Hubby found a job back at the beach. We bought a house in Va. Bch. in '03. That's where things are at the moment. I guess I can now say that's where things were. In 2005 my son found out he had, at the time, a soon-to-be 4 yr. old daughter. SURPRISE! In addition, the child was in need of a home. So after a family pow-wow, my husband and I got physical, then legal custody of the child. So for five years now, I've been a "Mom" of sorts again.
