Judy's Story
Life
Hello. After working as an actor in NYC for almost 10 years, I was fed up and wanted an adventure. Moved to Singapore and taught acting then ended up working in creativity training for businesses (using acting to stimulate communication in the workplace) also did voiceovers for animation, and other multimedia projects. On retreat at an ashram in India, I met my husband, who is from Holland and after a few weeks, we decided to spend the rest of our lives together. with a midwife. Pregnancy and birth inspired us in endless ways. We moved to Holland in 2006 and our second daughter was born at home here in that summer. When I am not at home with my girls, I freelance doing a lot of different things: I am a doula (providing emotional and physical support for a woman through pregnancy & birth.); as an actor I work with a team doing creativity in business tranings and I also do voiceover work here too. We live in a small city called Nijmegen, about an hour from Amsterdam and enjoy life here immensely.
