Judy's Story
Like everyone else, I'm going to be 62 this year, so I visited the Social Security office and applied for Social Security. Its hard to believe that we are this old. In my mind I'm still somewhere in my 20's, but my body says "60's. Oh well.....
I've been married for 35 years to the same man. He is #2 for me and I am #3 for him. I think this one will last....

s the bookkeeper (for me that position was "touch and go" because I knew nothing about bookeeping) so, I just tried my best. He decided to retire in 2001, so I had to also retire. So sad.....Not really.
All my life I wanted children (at least 12), but that did not happen. My husband had 2 sons when we married, so I became stepmom to them.
Instead of children, I have had dogs and cats as my children. Now that I am old I sometimes think maybe that was a blessing, because animals give you so much unconditional love.
