Judy's Story
After graduating I moved to Sunnyvale, Ca. & went to college for 2 years ending up with a Secretarial Degree. I worked for Martin-Marietta at Vandenberg Air Force Base, then went to work for Philco-Ford in Palo Alto, Ca. In 1978 I went to work for Calaveras Cement Company in Redding, Ca. as an Accounts Payable Clerk/Receptionist & ended up retiring in 1999.
1999 my husband Bob Casey & I moved to Bandon, Oregon which we love. Bob is quite a fisherman & crabber so this is the perfect place for him. I stay busy knitting, spinning & teach knitting on occasion.
I now have 5 grandchildren, 3 girls & 2 boys. My husband has 2 grand...Expand for more
sons & 7 step-grandchildren, 6 girls & 1 boy. When the holidays come around we really remember how many gifts we have to buy!!!
I've always had Labs for pets during my life & to this day I still have them, 2 males - 1 yellow & 1 chocolate. They are a handful but I'd never give them up. We travel when able in our motorhome & the dogs are great travelers. They tend to keep me exercising on trips - I'm the one that walks them because Bob has bad knees & can't walk very far without pain. That's ok, my body can use the exercise!
I still have memories of my high school days & remember allot of people. Hope to hear from them.
