Life Born in Pittsburgh; after high school graduation, went to Slippery Rock and got a BS in Education with English certification; moved to Kane, PA in 1983; married in 1985; had a child in 1989 who goes to IUP; husband died of leukemia in 1995; have taught high school English since 1986; have coached high school varsity volleyball since 1987; coach club v...Expand for more
olleyball and take teams on summer tours to places like Holland and Hawaii; have coached varsity softball for the 4 years our school has had it; have advised yearbook since 1987; hate the winters in these mountains...12 years to retirement and I'm heading back to Hawaii; travel to Europe and places with beaches like the Dom Repub, Mexico, etc every summer
