Life
09/28/12 Life after 65! Wow, are we really that old? The years since graduation have been interesting. The main focus of my life has been, and continues to be, my husband and children. Twenty five years of Air Force life took us to great places like Puerto Rico where we learned to scuba dive and the opposite extreme of Alaska where snow skiing was the sport of choice. In between were stops in Illinois, New Mexico, and Texas. We are now settled in Texas where Matt retired after serving for 30 years. I married a Staff Sergeant and retired with a full Colonel. After 14 years of teaching middle school special education here in San Antonio I traded that job in on working in Real Estate with Matt in his company, Eagle Realty. We keep planning on retiring but . . .We enjoy golfing and traveling, spending time with our children and grandchildren (two girls and one boy). Our daughter, son in law, and granddaughters live in Austin, one son lives here in San Antonio with his partner and their son, and his twin is in Dallas so we get to see all of them quite a bit.
I miss my mountains and would love to be closer to good friends from CHS. I would love to hear from you.
