Workplace
I worked for over 30 years in the legal profession and had a very exciting and rewarding life in that field, but as you may know, working in law is extremely stressful. I have had a few health problems and lost both of my parents in 1997, so I decided that if I was going to live to be a happy older person I would quit working in that rat race and do things that I enjoy. spending time with my sisters who live in Kentucky, Virginia and Ohio, and we have made several trips together in the past year or so. I do volunteer work at my church office and sing in the chancel choir. I'm a member of the Lioness Club and do volunteer work for the Middle Tennessee Philharmonic Guild. I really don't know how I ever had time to hold down a job like I did for so many years, but RETIREMENT IS GREAT!!!!!!
