Judy James:  

Returned to Chico where husband received Nursing Degree and went back into Navy as an officer. Daughter Aubree born in Chico 1975 Camp Lejeune NC 1976-1979 Memphis TN 1979-1982, worked in medical administration at the Memphis VA Hospital where I was attacked with a knife by a crazed mental patient Divorced in 1982 and returned to Sacramento. Worked at the VA Clinic in medical administration 1982-late 80's Met Ben James at VA Clinic and married in 1985 At the VA I was on duty when a psych patient walked past me into the rest room and blew his brains out. I decided a job change was in order. Transferred to McClellan AFB in accounting and payroll and was in charge of all the Health Benefits and Thrift Savings Plan for about 10,000 employees. Ben passed away in 1994 so I retired and moved to our house in Weed in 1996 Moved to Newcastle in 2010. The Weed house finally sold in late 2012. Have lived with a SO since 1996- we have goats and chickens on 10 acres I am on Facebook as of Christmas, 2011. There are a lot of photo albums, including one labeled "Dyer Kelly" available to friends only. I am on the committee planning the La Sierra 50 year class reunion August 24, 2013.
