Julie's Story
Hi, after high school I went to the Vo-tech for a year. Didn't like that and tried St. Cloud State for a year. Found my husband there in the bowling alley :) and we were married a year later in 1981. We now have 32+ years under our belt and proud of it! Considering the divorce rate in this country! We have 3 great boys. Between 26-30 now. Both my husband and I work(ed) for the Post Office. I have been a carrier for 24 years and he has retired from being a clerk. One of my favorite things to do is bowl. I am in 2 scratch (no handicap) leagues and compete with some of the best bowlers in Mpls and/or MN. I was inducted into the Mi...Expand for more
nneapolis bowling Hall of Fame in August of 2013. Yes, there is actually a bowling HOF. :-).
My oldest son bowls in one of leagues with me. I really enjoy that. It's about the only time I see him!! lol
I'm a big sports fan which pleases the hubby because I could care less if he watches football all day Sunday because I'm usually right there with him. Over all tho the Twins are my favorite team.
I was never the girly girly. Growing up with 3 brothers and had 3 sons who had time for the frills! So sports was big. Especially trying to get 3 boys to 3 different parts of the city for baseball practice or games!
