Hey Everyone !
Long time, no see..........after Hs and some interesting jobs at the time, went to nursing school. Married. Eventually moved to South Carolina [ Charleston ]. Divorced. Stayed there ! until an old guyfriend from Newburgh came knocking..... Married Peter, and sadly moved to Long Island, where I still live tho I kept my house in SC and go there 6-7-8 times a year. NAGGING the husband, who is a real estate atty to pack up and head south, but I guess the thought of facing the SC Bar is too intimidating !!! I however, really detest the cold weather and feeling locked up almost half the year [ no blood I guess - always cold ! ], and so when my son, Matthew, who has just turned 16 finishs Catholic HS, I have told him he knows what the SC address is !!!. Have spent YEARS busy with dog rescue, primarily Basset Hounds, tho h...Expand for more
ave taken Pugs and Doxies as well. Have 6 dogs, one of whom is a TV and magazine star, as well as an agility dog....ok, quit laughing !! Bassets CAN do agility...the hardest part is getting them to LISTEN, but then, I've had lots of practice on getting husband and kid to listen ! ALWAYS TOO DAMN BUSY...... the day I FINALLY catch my tail will likely be the day I get " planted "..... Have worked ICU for 26 years now ; currently on night shift, by choice, but I can see some new experiences on the horizon. So that's my life.....family, DOGS, SOUTH CAROLINA.... like to piddle around with gardening ; love my pool ; church choir. Hate to cook any more with a houseful of picky eaters....my contribution to a recently published cook book was the directions to BOSTON MARKET !!!! Goal in life is NOT to be annoyed and to soak up the sun !
