After teaching in Red Lion for 10 years, I moved to Houston, Texas and married Mic Hale ( class of 1983),. I taught ELL and we had McKenna. I guess high school sweethearts aren't always meant to be. We divorced after 8 years of marriage and I moved McKenna and myself to Bowling Green KY to be near
my
parents, who have lived in BG for 15 years. We love BG, but miss the heat of Houston. The weather is the only thing I miss about Texas. I am still teaching ELL . . 17 different languages at my school and McKenna is into vocal and acting. We do head to the east Coast beaches for vacation and root for our Nittany Lions and Philadelphia Eagles!!!".
