Julie's Story
Life, the Universe, and Everything -
It's interesting, looking back on life, how many things we did or didn't do served to shape us as individuals. I've often been asked if I would change anything about my life - it certainly hasn't been an easy one. But I would have to say that anything I would do or undo changes where I am now - who I am now. And I find, much to my amazement, that I really like myself - finally.
Workplace -
I've had a lot of office jobs since 1975...Expand for more
, most of them very interesting - like the job I had with a marketing company. We designed award programs for automotive aftermarket sales reps. One of the golf outings, to the Arizona Biltmore, netted me a beautiful sweater. Little did I know, 20 years later, I'd be living within driving distance.
My favorite 'job' has to be the one I have now - owner of <i>JMark Afghans, etc.</i> an online business I started in 2005, selling customer-designed, hand-crocheted afghans.
