Life
High School was not (fortunately) a highlight for me. I had some great friends and was involved with drama/music, which I enjoyed and made school tolerable. Life as an "adult" is the best. I'm fortunate in that I'm married to a good man and have good friends. I know it's almost been 40 years since high school, but I do not feel particularly "old". Some crepitus, wrinkles and extra weight. Such is life. I hope that ALL of the people that did not quite "fit" in high school found their niche! There were many "unkind" people in High School. Newest news, I retired in April 2013. Absolutely love it. I'm a volunteer DJ for KFSR 90.7 (Fresno State) Sunday Blues show once a month from 4 -6 pm and I feature female blues artists. I'm a cast member of "New Wrinkles" here in Fresno and will be singing and dancing until this ole heart beats its last. I had the privilege of performing at the Fresno Fair this year (2014) as part of "senior" day...which was another bucket list item. I have truly been blessed and I wish that for all of you other "misfits".
