Life I attended UCSB. In 1968 I married Steve Barker of Pomona, now a retired Presbyterian pastor. He was diagnosed in 2002 with Parkinson's, and I am now his caregiver.. lived in Cambridge, England for 2 years, Pasadena for 1 year, Boston for 6 years, Pomona for 7 years, and in Yakima WA since 1984. My passions are foster care and adoption, the environment, writing poetry, reading, weeding, camping, learning Spanish, retaining German, and all kinds of puzzles.
