Julie's Story
I was just at the high school yesterday watching a musical. One of my daughters was operating the spot light. I noticed that the auditorium side stairs many of us used to haunt before school and during lunch have iron railings now. The whole school is barred off-sign of the times. Despite the locked down feeling, it is a pretty decent school. My other daughter starts next year.
It is strange walking the campus as a parent, and justice teaching in some of the classrooms occassionally. It brings back memori...Expand for more
es. I like being an adult better than being a high school kid, but the trip down memory lane inspired me to check up on my classmates.
Life has been work since high school, but rewarding work. I am quite happy - albeit busy. I share my own law practice with a close friend. I have my own home, and my children are good kids. I am dating one good man exclusively. I see my friends fairly regularly. Rides through the Ocala Forest help keep my stress level down. All is well with my world. (knock on wood)
