Julie's Story
What is your favorite way to relax: Running, working out at the gym, playing music, writing, drawing, art.
What is the wildest thing you ever did in high school: Flew in friend's private plane on Senior Ditch Day.
Where have you lived: Stayed in Orange County for most of my life. Moved to the downtown Huntington Beach Area in 1985. Currently residing in Tempe Arizona pursuing PhD in 18th Century European Intellectual History.
The biggest surprise of my life: I geuss it would be a near fatal auto accident in 1991.
The teacher i would most love to see again: Mr. Caforio because he actually cared about me.
Talk about campus life:
I returned to school later in life after a career in the medical device industry. I have degrees and have earned honors in both history and philosophy. I am currently pursuing a doctorate in Eighteenth Century European Intellectual History. I hope to teach and write books for the general public after earning my degrees.

s in high school.
How do I dress: I am not big on style, but I believe people should look clean and presentable when they leave their homes. I generally wear Levis, and a t-shirt with a pair docs. I like a natural look.
Wierdest job I ever had: I really haven't had any weird jobs. I worked as a waitress at Rubys on the end of the H.B. pier which is probably the most unusual job I have ever had.
The biggest or most interesting awards I have ever recieved are the medals I have recieved for finishing marathons, cross country running awards, and the William James award for philosophy.
What about me would surprise everyone at my high school reunion: I suppose that I look pretty much the same as I always have. Several people have told me I do not look very different. I still dress pretty much the same as I did in high school and I still have long blond hair and I still weigh the same as did in high school. I geuss overall what would be surprising is that I am pretty much the same person as I have always been.
