Life I moved from Vernon just before Senior year, graduated from Whitehouse, TX, came back to Vernon and married Charles Burk. We've lived in several TX towns. Currently in Azle, TX. I am a nurse and have 2 kids, Jennifer age 8 and Michael age 2. Jennifer has 3 kids, Alex-9, Starla-6, and Nathaniel-2. I garden, read, spoil grandkids and go to church. We have 4 dogs and a bunch of yard ornaments (junk cars in the yard, mechanics will understand). Charles began racing cars this year but I work at night in a Nursing Home so I rarely go. It started because I wanted to go see the races as a date instead of the routine Dinner and Movie. Oops! I created a monster. Life is pretty routine otherwise. I'm amazed at the fact that 30 years have passed since High School. My Mom still lives in Vernon and I do come visit usually 2-3 times per year. Her name is Bobby Joe Railsback.
