Life
Hi everyone!
I still live in a small rural mountain community in the San Bernardino Mountains and have for the past 44 years. I am a widow. Tom passed on Jan. 3, 2010.
I have two adult sons, Jeff and Kevin. I also have been blessed with five wonderful grandchildren ages from 30 years old to 16 years old, three grandsons and two granddaughters. Three of my grandchildren have given me the most awesome blessings again - great-grandchildren.
I keep busy with being with my family and friends and going to grandkids' sports events.....football. I love it! I also enjoy gardening and doing scrapbooking and sewing/quilting and reading. I love going on walks here in the mountains and generally find it a must to stay busy. I've enjoyed reconnecting with many former classmates and several...Expand for more
of us try to get together often. Reconnecting at this point in life has been amazing. We're having so much fun!
Some of my favorite places to be I find are near the ocean - walks along the surf, sitting on the shore and watching sunsets. There's a peace and relaxation like none other I have found. I find that I keep building on my bucket list. One day before long I am hoping to begin my journey in fulfilling the things I have there. :) It's something I am so looking forward to.
