Justine's Story

The short story of almost 40 yrs....40yrs!!! I was vain about being skinny in High School. Life has smacked me with the "chunky stick" and I'm still coming to terms with it. Oh, well... After graduation I got an AAS degree and cert. as a Veterinary Technician at NVCC which led to 23yrs at a research lab in Vienna Va. Along the way I collected another AAS degree and a couple of certifications. Various things influenced me to retire 'early' at 23yrs...Expand for more
. Retirement was glorious for 7 blissful years. The economy convinced me to return to work, I finally have a relatively close location in a strictly 8hr lab. Wow, what a concept! I'm married, no kids. Hubby is a Prof. at Shenandoah U. in Winchester and also online with UMUC. I've had various critters through the years, usually something crippled or 'special'. I have a 9 yr old horse, of course, that I am enjoying. You all write now!!! Justine
