How to sum up 17 years (ouch) in a short bio? The year is 2008 and I have four wonderful children. Three boys and a little girl (yea, I got my girl). My oldest is Alex - 9 yrs, then Quinn - 7 yrs, followed by Ethan - 4 yrs. and finally Anna - 2 yrs. So you can see what I've been doing for the last 9 years anyway! But let me back up. After graduating in 1991, I moved to Palm Bay Florida. I worked in a video store, trying to save money to go to college. But that wasn't the path I would take. In 1993, I "picked up" my wonderful husband, Domenick, at that video store where he was a customer. He was going to FIT in Melbourne, FL and is originally from upstate NY. So, the following year, 1994, we moved to Watkins Glen, NY where we bought and ran a restaurant, Fireside Coffee Shop and Restaurant.
