Karel's Story
Life
I've spent most of my life in Calif., in the Bay area, south of San Francisco. Married for 43 yrs, two kids, 4 grandkids. Taught school for a while, still love to ride horses. I do long distance riding and have seen some beautiful country from the back of a horse.
2011 I've now been married to my great husband, Bob, for 55 yrs. We still have horses but don't ride as far or as fast as we used to. We've taken several road trips with our horses - Monument Valley, Utah, Colo., TX and OK.

is spring so life has been somewhat hectic. Lucikily, we found a cute small cottage right up the road to rent while we rebuild so the horses can stay home. We've had a very cool summer, especially when we compare it to OK. Don't know how you stand that heat and humidity for weeks on end.
We finally got back in our new house, just before Thanksgiving. Had the family here for Christmas, too. What a joy to be back home. Now, if I could remember where I put everything I'd be thrilled. Happy 2013 to everyone.
